State Route 33, Tracy) <br />ACTION: On October 6, 2022, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved Use Permit No. PA - <br />2100077 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Board of Supervisors by any interested party. Appeals <br />must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $799.00. The 10 -day appeal <br />period ends at 4:30 p.m. on October 16, 2022. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period will <br />expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br />April 161 2024).
