The CVRWQCB approved the Well Installation Workplan to install two monitoring <br />wells in the City of Lathrop to be included in the Monitoring Reporting Program for <br />CVRWQCB Order R5-2016-0028. <br />We have calculated the fees due as follows: <br />Workplan Review - $456 <br />Well Permit Inspection Activity -2 wells at $152/well = $304 <br />Total: $760 <br />Please provide a receipt for this payment either by email or fax. <br />How are the approved permits returned to us? Can you send them via email?
