We sent the check for the workplan review fee ($456) last week. Please see the <br />attached letter from the RWQCB approving the workplan. <br />As we discussed previously, there is no soil data for the property/locations on the adjacent property (where the wells <br />are to be destroyed). The subject wells are not in a location of a known or suspected contamination. The source for the <br />contamination in groundwater and active cleanup is on the adjacent site, the Simplot property. The plume clean-up on <br />the Simplot property is ongoing. The wells to be destroyed are not located in the plume area with active cleanup.
