The prospective buyers plan to
build a warehouse on property that includes two Glenn Springs Holdings (GSH) monitoring well clusters PW08 and
PW09, extraction wells EW-04 and EW-04a, and injection well INJ14. These wells and associated piping are shown on the
attached figure.
The new owners have requested that GSH remove or relocate the wells and piping in accordance with the access
agreement. We have reviewed each of these wells and recommend the following:
Bury and protect the PW09 cluster during development. The PW09 cluster is located along the western plume
edge and includes shallow (PW09-080), intermediate (PW09-123), deep (PW09-198), and injection (PW09-338)
intervals (sulfolane is present in the intermediate, deep, and injection intervals). Therefore, we believe that this
cluster is more important than the PW-08 cluster and should be protected if feasible (please see attached AMR
1
