We
have reviewed the Plan and have no objections to its implementation; however, please note that CH4 concentrations for
GW-11 (D and M) have incorrectly been stated as 12.6% and 15.6%. The actual concentrations based on the
Operator's own monitoring is 12.9% and 17.7%. Regardless, this is not going to matter much with respect to
remediation plan.
We like to suggest the Operator to have a contingency plan if and when their current remediation plan is not successful
within the timeline stated. Please call or e-mail if you have any questions....................Gino
From: Robert McClellon [EH] [ma i Ito:RMcClellon(asicehd.com]
Sent: Tuesday, September 17, 2013 11:35 AM
To: Yekta, Gino; Natalia Subbotnikova [EH]
Cc: Wochnick, Michael; Karl, Christine
Subject: RE: Harney Lane LFG Remediation Plan
Gino, please find attached the third quater monitoring report that includes the remediation LFG Plan. Would you
please provide CalRecycle with a copy of the Plan for our review. Thanks...............Gino
1
