Box 400, Sacramento, CA 95812-0400. I'm not requiring Stockton Propeller to submit older manifests. Also provide a corrective action statement that generator signed copies of future paper manifests will be sent to DTSC within 30 days of shipping the hazardous waste off-site. Do not upload to CERS. Manifests that start as an electronic manifest are not required to be mailed to DTSC. Manifest information is currently being transferred between US EPA and the California database. The California database can be found here: https://hwts.dtsc.ca.gov/ . No manifest information is uploaded to CERS. Information about generator manifest submission to DTSC is on this page: https://dtsc.ca.gov/hazardous-waste-manifest-information/ Manifest Submission to DTSC or U.S. EPA Generators Under California law, generators will still be required to send the generator copy of the manifest to DTSC by mail. The only exception is when a manifest starts and finishes as an electronic manifest in the e-Manifest System. The generator shall within 30 days of each shipment of hazardous waste submit to DTSC a legible copy of each manifest used.
