Purpose of Sample Collection Activities <br />The sample collection activities documented in this report were performed by scientists and <br />investigators from the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), Office of Criminal <br />Investigations (OCI), in assistance of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />The purpose of sampling was to collect evidence in support of an investigation into the alleged <br />illegal storage, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste by Stockton Propeller, Inc.
