I'll need some more details to close the violations: Violation 102, items 1-9 and 11: Provide photos of the closed storage containers with hazardous waste labels for wastes currently on-site, since all of these wastes were determined to be hazardous waste. Provide a description of how each waste stream will be handled, stored and disposed of for items 1-9 and 11. Violation 106: Provide the training summary and record. Violation 109: Provide a statement that future paper generator signed copies of manifests will be sent to DTSC within 30 days of the date the hazardous waste is removed from the facility. Violation 110: Provide the designated facility signed and dated copy of manifest 006453999 GBF. Only the the generator signed copy was provided so far.
