Violation 102, items 1-9 and 11: Provide photos of the closed storage containers with hazardous waste <br />labels for wastes currently on-site, since all of these wastes were determined to be hazardous waste. <br />Provide a description of how each waste stream will be handled, stored and disposed of for items 1-9 <br />and 11. <br />1— Spent Ardrox & Rinse Water — Spent Ardrox is not an identified waste. Unused Ardrox is returned to <br />the original container. Excess Ardrox is rinsed from the substrate (including sink surfaces) to become <br />"Dye Rinse". We did, however, generate a Hazardous Waste Determination for Dye Penetrant for the <br />instance that the waste may be generated. Disposal Procedures to this waste stream are as follows: <br />Waste Dye Penetrant. <br />• Contain to a sealed container made of metal or plastic, -reuse the original container, if <br />possible <br />• Seal the container when not in use <br />• Ensure Adequate Spill Containment <br />• Label satellite containers with a hazardous waste label or mark the container 'Hazardous <br />Waste — and include a hazard communication (GHS) label. <br />• When transferring the contents to the accumulation area, label the accumulation container <br />with a yellow hazardous waste label using the 'label information' section of the Hazardous <br />Waste Determination as a guide. <br />• Manifesting is required <br />• Submit a copy of the manifest to CERS within 30 days of shipment. <br />Dye Rinse Water — See attached photo: "1 - Dye Rinse Accumulation Container, Sealed and <br />Labelled.jpg" <br />• Contain to a sealed container made of plastic <br />• Seal the container when not in use <br />• Ensure Adequate Spill Containment <br />• Label satellite containers with a hazardous waste label or mark the container 'Hazardous <br />Waste — and include a hazard communication (GHS) label. <br />• When transferring the contents to the accumulation area, label the accumulation container <br />with a yellow hazardous waste label using the 'label information' section of the Hazardous <br />Waste Determination as a guide. <br />• Manifesting is required <br />• Submit a copy of the manifest to CERS within 30 days of shipment. <br />2 — Grinding Polishing Room Fines - See attached photo: "2 — Grinding and Polishing Waste Container, <br />Labelled & Closed.jpg" <br />Disposal Procedures to this waste stream are as follows: <br />• Contain to a sealed container made of metal or plastic <br />• Seal the container when not in use <br />• Label satellite containers with a hazardous waste label or mark the container 'Hazardous <br />Waste — and include a hazard communication (GHS) label. <br />
