Violation 403: The corrective action statement appears to be for training. Please send a statement and <br />photos describing how the open hazardous waste containers violation has been resolved. <br />The training held on 7/15 includes section on managing containers on slides 14-16, container <br />instructions are also included where applicable on slide 18-25 <br />See attachment: "Training - Hazardous Waste Management for Operators.pdf' <br />See attachment: "Sign in Sheet — Hazardous Waste Management for Operators.pdf" <br />Violation 605: Provide photos of the containers listed in this violation showing correct labeling. <br />See photo: "Paint Waste Accumulation.jpg" <br />See photo: "Warehouse, Used Oil.jpg" <br />See photos: "Assembly area, oil 1.jpg" and "Assembly area, oil 2.jpg" — these are used as drain pans. <br />Employees empty the waste oil into the used oil accumulation container at the end of each shift. <br />See photo: "Paint Waste Satelite.jpg" <br />6 - Warehouse Paint Stripper— is not a waste and is stored for future use. The container has its original <br />factory label on it. See attached photo: "Paint Stripper.jpg" <br />Violation 707, 710, 711: Provide a hazardous waste determination document for non -empty waste <br />aerosol cans that may be generated by the facility. Also describe how they will be stored and disposed <br />of. <br />When a non -empty aerosol can is generated, a Hazardous Waste Determination is made based on the <br />contents of that container. When this occurs employees will mark the container Hazardous Waste and <br />place the non -empty aerosol in a flammables storage cabinet. Currently the only cabinet is in the paint <br />room. They will then submit a hazardous waste determination to the EHS authority for approval. The <br />hazardous waste determination process determines how the container is to be managed. This process <br />has not been initiated yet because there hasn't been a non -empty aerosol generated since May. Steps <br />to empty the container are discussed on slide 7. <br />
