Pourable contents <br />• Turn the container so that all contents can drain out <br />(remember the handle) <br />• Once the flow slows down to a drip allow the <br />container to drain for 30 additional seconds <br />Non -pourable contents <br />• Remove by physical methods such as scraping and <br />chipping (do not rinse or flush) <br />Aerosol containers. <br />• Discharge the contents (including propellent) <br />completely <br />• Non -empty containers need a hazardous <br />determination. <br />
