(SP1) has been in operation under the ownership of Rob Hrabe, the CEO of VRC <br />Metal Systems since May 29, 2019. Since May 18, 2021, each waste examined in OTSC OCI case 15242, <br />has ceased entering the landfill, the air, and the septic system. <br />Since May 18, 2021, no disposals of powder abrasives (SP-07—SP-09) have been disposed of into the <br />landfill. All 3 powder waste streams from the abrasive blast cabinets have been determined to be a <br />regulated waste and are being accumulated in a sealed, properly labelled container until it is due for <br />transport to a licensed treatment facility. Records of disposal, manifest and notification will be kept <br />onsite for a minimum of 3 years after the waste is generated. Since May 18 of this year, no shipments of <br />these wastes have occurred so in lieu of disposal records, Hazardous Waste Determinations this waste <br />and photos of sealed containers of the waste is submitted with this letter. <br />Since May 18, 2021, no non -permitted waste treatment activities have occurred at SPI. Waste Alodine, <br />Waste NuEtch E3, and Waste DeSmut Solutions as well as the associated rinses (SP-01—SP-0SA) have <br />been determined to be a regulated waste and is being accumulated in a sealed, properly label container <br />until it is due for transport to a licensed treatment facility. Records of disposal, manifest and <br />notification will be kept onsite for a minimum of 3 years after the waste is generated.
