/'STOGKTdNnN PROPELLER
`\ a'
: ®a
Please consider, that although treatment of NUEtch E3 and DeSmut wastes by mining the 2 was
performed without permit, The resulting discharge to the septi<system was verified by an employee to
be pH neutral. Thus, the discharge did not have corrosive or caustic properties.
VRC Metal Systems (an organization affiliated to SPI) has dedicated an EHS resource to assist in the
development, maintenance, and oversight of the Waste Management program at SPI. In addition, SPI as
partnered with NES, Inc. to provide Training and onsite support to SPI for environmental, safety and
health compliance. We have recently signed an agreement with NES, Inc. to enroll in their EHgS
Partner Program —Protector.
SPI accepts that some of its previous practices were not in accortlance with Federal, State and Local
regulations. We want to be clear that our situation was non -intentional. The employees of Stpckton
Propeller are always willing to work together to ensure their products are compliant and of the highest
qualify, but they were not well versed in EHS regulations and had no outside support to help them guide
their journey. This has been correct¢d with the continuing support of the corporate management team.
Best Regards,
Mike Belmont, Service Manager
Stockton Propeller, Inc.
mike ®stockto n grope I le r.com
Cc:
Jason Boone, EHS Manager
VRC Metal Syst¢ms
600 N.
