Stockton Propeller, Inc., located on 2478 North <br />Wilcox Road, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California (Site), was referred to the Site <br />Cleanup Program by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(SJCEHD) on 16 September 2021 to investigate potential soil and groundwater impacts <br />from improper disposal of hazardous waste into the septic system at the Site. <br />In February 2021, during an industrial waste survey, the City of Stockton Municipal <br />Utilities Department discovered improper disposal of potentially hazardous substances <br />via a submersible pump and garden hose into the on-site septic system.
