reasonable attorney's fees plus all costs and expenses incurred incident to such <br />employment. <br />Licensee, or its agent, shall maintain during the entire term of this Agreement <br />commercial general liability insurance covering Licensee's indemnification <br />obligations under paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Agreement. Licensee, or its agent, will <br />provide Licensor with a certificate of insurance naming Licensor as an additional <br />insured.
