Waste Removal
Following SJCEHD approval of this well abandonment work plan, Ground Zero will remove all
equipment and waste associated with the UST clean up. Equipment associated with the hydrogen
peroxide injection procedure will be removed. Following the well destruction process, all
drummed soil and groundwater will be removed and properly disposed of. Documentation of the
waste disposal will be included in a site closure summary report.
Schedule and Reporting
Following SJCEHD approval of this work plan, well destruction permit applications will be
submitted and the work will be scheduled. A summary of the well destruction and site closure
activities will be presented in a report, including a discussion of the well destruction efficiency
(grout volume used versus grout volume calculations). Copies of the report will be submitted to
both the appropriate County and State regulatory agencies.
If you have any questions or comments please contact Ground Zero at your convenience.
Respectfully,
Ground Zero Analysis, Inc.
Andrew Dorn, B.S.
