As part of the Work Plan due 29 May 2018, please include a <br />Feasibility Study which evaluates at least three remedial options and a proposal for the <br />implementation of the most cost-effective option. <br />7. While Stratus references the address of the Super Sport Tires property as 2043 El <br />Dorado Street, San Joaquin County Assessor's records indicate the correct address for <br />this property is 2070 El Dorado Street. Additionally, to-date, Stratus has not provided <br />any direct evidence that the UST(s) remain in place at the 2070 El Dorado Street <br />property. As such, please attempt to locate City, County, or State records that indicate <br />these UST(s) are still in place, and include copies in the Work Plan due 29 May 2018. <br />In summary, Central Valley Water Board staff request the following: <br />By 29 May 2018, please submit a Feasibility Study and Work Plan which includes: <br />An evaluation of at least three groundwater remedial options <br />A proposal for the implementation of the most cost-effective remedial option <br />A proposal for additional downgradient delineation of groundwater impact <br />Records related to UST(s) at the 2070 El Dorado Street property. <br />If you have any questions or concerns regarding comments in this letter please contact the <br />undersigned at (916) 464-4615 or by email at alan.buehlerwaterboards.ca.qov. <br />cc: Sriram lyer, State Water Resources Control Board, Cleanup Fund, Sacramento <br />Michael Kith, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Stockton <br />Scott Bittinger, Stratus Environmental Inc., Cameron Park
