All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #9 Ladders and Handrails <br /> OBSERVATIONS:All the railing loose. Tighten. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:A means of entry and exit shall be provided at both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Ladders and <br /> handrails shall be corrosion resistant and shall be rigidly installed.At least one handrail shall extend from the deck to not less than a point <br /> above the top of the lowest step. Handrails shall be installed between 28 to 36 inches above the steps and deck.(CBC 3111B)Pool <br /> operator shall keep ladders and handrails well maintained.(CCR 65535) <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Free Chlorine 11.6 ppm. Maintain between 2 to 10 ppm. This is a repeat. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall <br /> maintain the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid,2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with <br /> cyanuric acid or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations.,3.0 ppm to 10.0 <br /> ppm free chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine.(CCR 65529) <br /> #11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Combined chlorine 0.6 ppm. Provided less than 0.4 ppm. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operatorshall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm.(CCR 65530) Chemical quality <br /> of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or <br /> skin.(CCR 65531) <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br /> OBSERVATIONS:CYA>100 ppm. Drain or treat the water to reduce to less than 100 ppm. This is a repeat. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm.(CCR 65530) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br /> OBSERVATIONS: No weir gate. Provide. This is a repeat. <br /> VIOLATION DESCRIPTION:Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water.
