•Wastewater Discharge Permit, City of Lodi Number 599 <br /> Page 4 <br /> PART 3- REOPENER CLAUSE <br /> A. This permit may be reopened and modified to incorporate any new or revised requirements resulting from the City <br /> of Lodi's reevaluation of its local limits. <br /> B. This permit may be reopened and modified to incorporate any new or revised requirements developed by the City <br /> of Lodi as are necessary to ensure POTW compliance with any new federal, state, or local regulations promulgated. <br /> PART 4-COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> PART 5-SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br /> 1. Operate and maintain effluent flow meter. <br /> 2. Submit to the City of Lodi, Environmental Compliance Inspectors certification of calibration of effluent flow meter at <br /> least annually. <br /> 3. Operate and maintain pH adjustment system to keep wastewater in 6.0-9.0 range. <br /> 4. Comply with all conditions of Industrial Waste Connection Memorandum of Understanding. <br /> 5. Annual discharge shall not exceed 1.1 million gallons and BOD shall not exceed a daily maximum of 11,000 mg/L <br /> or a daily average of 9,000 mg/L. <br /> PART 6-APPLICABLE PENALTIES <br /> Penalties which may be assessed by the City for discharge or permit violations include: Notice of violation, Cease <br /> and Desist Order, Discharge Permit suspension or revocation, Compensation to the City for damages to POTW, <br /> criminal, and civil penalties not to exceed six thousand dollars for each day in which such violation occurs, and <br /> termination of service. <br /> PART 7 -STANDARD CONDITIONS <br /> See attached sections of City of Lodi Municipal Code Chapter 13.12 <br /> \\lodi-fs-v-01\PWWS\Laboratory\Inspectors\permits\599 ColdaniFamilyWinery doc <br />
