(113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Soap is lacking at restroom hand sink and at cake decorating room hand sink. <br />Provide today. <br />Paper towels are available for jand sink in cake decorating room, however not in dispenser. <br />Provide paper towels in dispenser at this sink. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair.
