All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the Person In Charge who was not aware of this compliant prior to this investigation. <br />I observed employees wearing hats and hairnets. <br />I observed cake prep person who has hair restrained, however, hair is not completely confined (no hairnet or hat was being <br />worn). <br />Provide so that hair is confined and hairnet/hat or similar is being worn. <br />Hairnet was worn by the end of this investigation. <br />I discussed the Cal Code section with the Person In charge <br />113969. <br />(a) Except as specified in subdivision (b), all food employees preparing, serving, or handling food or utensils shall wear hair <br />restraints such as hats, hair coverings, or nets which are designed and worn to effectively keep their hair from contacting <br />nonprepackaged food, clean equipment, utensils, linens, and unwrapped single-use articles. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
