MOREING COURT (APN 121-100-61) <br /> In response to your letter received February 24, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the Community <br /> Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your request for sanitary sewer <br /> service to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits of the City of Stockton. Review <br /> by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in <br /> Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result <br /> of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to the City of <br /> Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The subject property is located within Area of Benefit No. 94. The property owner should be aware <br /> these AOB fees (approximately $9,259.11) are due and payable to the City of Stockton prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permit and shall be adjusted by the ENR Index at the time of payment. Please <br /> contact William Wong in the City of Stockton Permit Center at (209) 937-8126 for further details. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the City <br /> of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> Municipal Utilities Department—Sanitary Sewer <br /> Proposed parcel 1 of the subject property is currently connected to the City sewer line in Moreing <br /> Court. The point of connection for proposed parcel 2 is the existing 8-inch sanitary sewer line in <br /> Moreing Court. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency Forma „ <br /> Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval.
