CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA -2100102 <br /> STEVEN B . & GINA M . GRAHAM TRUST / MIKE FARLEY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No . PA - 2100102 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on August 12 , 2021 , which is the effective date of <br /> approval . This approval will expire on February 11 , 2023 , which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval , unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a <br /> Record of Survey has been filed , if required by the Land Surveyors ' Act . <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to <br /> approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment . <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ( Staff Contact : [ 209 ] 468 -2193 ) <br /> a . APPROVAL : This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated May 26 , 2021 . <br /> b . NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT : A " Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner . Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor' s Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department . The legal descriptions shall be prepared , stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer , qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors ' Act , or a <br /> Licensed Land Surveyor . ( Development Title Section 9 - 872 . 4 ) <br /> c . LOT SIZE : The following requirements shall apply : <br /> 1 . Lot 1 shall be a minimum of five acres in size . ( Development Title Section 9 - 872 . 2 [ e] ) <br /> 2 , Lot 2 shall be a minimum of two acres in size . ( Development Title Table 9 . 872 . 2 [ e ] ) <br /> d . LOT WIDTH : The following requirements shall apply : <br /> 1 . Parcel 1 and 2 shall both have a minimum lot width of 200 feet , measured at the front yard setback <br /> line .
