All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classed as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be connected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Diarrhea sign is not location at the entrance area of a pool. The pool operator shall post at the entrance <br />area of a public pool, a sign in letters at least 1 inch (25 mm) high, that clearly states that persons with diarrhea and persons <br />who have had diarrhea within the prior 14 days shall not enter the pool water. Correct in a week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operetorshall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specied. (CBC 3120B) <br />#7 Pool Deck _ <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are gaps between pool coping and deck/concrete floor on the East side of pool near 3depth <br />marker. Seal these gaps and within one month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4 -foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained Flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is no flow meter. Provide flow meter within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION. Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications.
