The cost of acquiring materials for maintaining the final <br /> cover was not addressed - Section 18266 (b) (6) . <br /> Response: There will be no cost associated with the <br /> acquisition of soil for final cover maintenance. Excess soil <br /> will be generated within the project and will be stockpiled <br /> for maintenance purposes during the postclosure period. The $600 includes the <br /> quarterly analysis cost and additional VOC analysis need <br /> annually (See item 3, above) . <br /> 5. The leachate testing figure (p. 31) is in error. The figure <br /> ($335 X 5) must be multiplied by four to reflect quarterly <br /> monitoring. <br /> Response: The amount for monitoring should be multiplied by <br /> 4 .
