LF) is in violation of Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (M&RP) Order No. 89-199 for failure to provide tabular or <br /> graphical summaries of the data collected. <br /> M&RP Order No. 89-199 clearly states, "In reporting the monitoring data, the <br /> Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the <br /> constituents, the concentrations, and the units are readily discernible.
