"Materials Which require special handling" moans sodium <br />azide canisters in unspent air bags which are determined to be hazardoue <br />by federal and state law or regulation, encapsulated polychlorinated <br />biphenyls (PCBS) in major appliances, and chlorofluorocarbons (Crce) <br />definedinjected in air-conditioning/refrigeratibn units or any other hazardous <br />waste or hazardous material regulated by the Department of Toxic <br />Substances Control. <br />42168.
