All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Pool remodel inspection <br />Verified the water line tile, coping, main drain and equalizer ines split, depth markers. <br />The hand rail must be 28 inches to 36 inches from every step and deck to the top of the rail. <br />The tread of the top step must must be 21 to 24 inches. The tread for the rest of the steps must be 12 inches to 16 inches. The <br />risers must be uniform 6 inches to 12 inches. <br />The steps for the ladder must be 12 inches form the deck and must be uniform. <br />Provide specification sheets for the covers that will be used for the main drain and equalizer lines. If the covers require sumps, <br />they must be provided and photos taken of the sumps and provided to this department. <br />Provide ab1020 form when the project is completed. <br />Plaster must be white. Ok to plaster <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
