Scope of Work <br />LANDSCAPE,INC. <br />• Permit required from County Environmental Health Department. <br />• Manage onsite inspections with County Environmental Health. <br />• Drain pool to approved cleanout and drill relief holes. <br />• Strip existing plaster back to original gunite shell and haul away debris. New plastic wall steps at <br />deep end grab rails to be installed at plaster. (2) Two sets total. <br />• Reconfigure existing entry steps at pool shallow end entry steps to meet current code. <br />i' 0 Existing top step tread does not extend out the required 21"-24" per code. The remaining steps will <br />be reconfigured per code. <br />• Saw cut floor at existing main drain and split existing plumbing the required 36" per code. <br />• New VGB compliant drain covers to be installed at plaster. <br />• Saw cut wall at existing skimmer equalizer line and split existing plumbing the required 36" per <br />code. Skimmer equalizer line is considered a single suction point and must be split per code. New <br />VGB compliant covers to be installed at plaster. (3) three total. <br />• Install commercial nonskid trim tile at shallow end entry steps. 1x1 blue to match. <br />• Install new belly band/ break line tile at 4 f ft. depth per code. 1x1 blue to match. <br />• Remove and replace existing waterline tile with new standard 6x6 tile. Color t.b.d. Includes <br />commercial 6x6 waterline depth markers installed per code. <br />• Remove and replace existing coping with new safety grip brick coping.
