I <br />understand there was some question about the parcel number submitted for two of the proposed drilling locations. All <br />of our proposed borings are on APN 155-32-19 owned by Diamond. A lot line survey was performed that shows the <br />northern property boundary for Diamond Foods is at the curb line of East Worth Street (see attached documents). The <br />parcel lines shown on the San Joaquin County District Viewer website are incorrect.
