R5-2015-0012-003 3 <br />DIAMOND FOODS INC., 1050 SOUTH DIAMOND STREET, STOCKTON, CA <br />IN-SITU REMEDIATION OF HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />FIELD SAMPLING <br />In addition to the above sampling and analysis, field sampling and analysis shall be conducted <br />each time a monitoring well or extraction well is sampled.
