Data summary tables for soil <br />gas by location and depth will also be prepared for the Site chemicals of concern. Laboratory <br />data will be presented in graphical format on figures depicting a site plan with boring locations. <br />GPS coordinates for all sample locations will be provided to SJCEHD after completion of the <br />fieldwork activities. Further, field documentation summarizing sampling activities and protocols <br />will be presented in the report. The report will be signed by both a registered Professional <br />Engineer and a Certified Hydrogeologist. <br />SCHEDULE <br />Sampling is scheduled to take place on January ,8, 2018, for a single day. Work will be <br />conducted between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. In the event of significant rain occurance, sampling <br />will be rescheuled a minimum of five days without a significant rain event. Areas being sampling <br />will be free of standing or ponded water for at least five days prior to sampling. Laboratory <br />analytical data will be available approximately three days after the completion of the field <br />exploration. We will notify SJCEHD of daily progress and understand that SJCEHD <br />representatives may conduct a site visit. A draft summary report will be provided to SJCEHD for <br />review within 1 week following the completion of the field exploration. <br />If you have any questions on any portion of the work plan, please call and we will be glad to <br />discuss them with you.
