DATA GAP ASSESSMENT WORK PLAN AND PATH TO CLOSURE REVIEW <br />Chase Chevrolet, 424 N. Van Buren Street <br />Introduction <br />January 2, 2018 <br />1.0 INTRODUCTION <br />On behalf of the City of Stockton (the City), Stantec Consulting Services Inc. (Stantec) is pleased <br />to submit this Data Gap Assessment Work Plan and Path to Closure Review for additional <br />assessment activities at former underground storage tank site 424 N. Van Buren Street, Stockton, <br />California (the site; Figure 1). This document was requested by the Central Valley Water <br />Resources Control Board (CVWRCB) in correspondence dated October 12, 2016 (Appendix A). <br />A meeting between the City, CVRWQCB, and Stantec was held on Monday, September 11, <br />2017 to discuss the path to closure plan and proposed contents of the requested work plan <br />document; a summary of the meeting discussion was submitted via email on September 15, <br />2017 (Appendix A).
