DATA GAP ASSESSMENT WORK PLAN AND PATH TO CLOSURE REVIEW
Chase Chevrolet, 424 N. Van Buren Street
Reporting and Scheduling
January 2,2018
5.0 REPORTING AND SCHEDULING
The activities outlined in this work plan can commence after receiving approval from the
CVRWQCB. Stantec anticipates completing field work activities over the span of a week, after
the appropriate drilling permits from SJCEHD have been obtained.
A summary report outlining the soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling, and sensitive
receptor survey activities will be submitted to CVRWQCB within four to six weeks following
receipt of the final certified laboratory analysis reports for the soil and groundwater samples. The
summary report will include a description of field activities; an updated site location map; a
summary of analytical results, data interpretation, and certified laboratory analysis reports and
chain-of-custody documents. The soil and groundwater sampling data will be compared to the
appropriate SWRCB LTCP criteria and if any values exceed the LTCP criteria, further evaluation
may be necessary.
Stantec
bm \ \ us1312-
f02 workgroup \ 1857 \active \ 185703766\ 05_report_deliv \ deliverable \ work_plan \ 185703766_20180102_424_van_buren_work_plan_final.docx 5.1
