Van Buren Street <br />Reporting and Scheduling <br />January 2,2018 <br />5.0 REPORTING AND SCHEDULING <br />The activities outlined in this work plan can commence after receiving approval from the <br />CVRWQCB. Stantec anticipates completing field work activities over the span of a week, after <br />the appropriate drilling permits from SJCEHD have been obtained. <br />A summary report outlining the soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling, and sensitive <br />receptor survey activities will be submitted to CVRWQCB within four to six weeks following <br />receipt of the final certified laboratory analysis reports for the soil and groundwater samples. The <br />summary report will include a description of field activities; an updated site location map; a <br />summary of analytical results, data interpretation, and certified laboratory analysis reports and <br />chain-of-custody documents.
