Attached is an Incident Report that provides <br />the details. Due to a personal emergency, I was off work yesterday; hence, the delay in letting <br />your Department know. We are investigating the fire to determine the cause and to take steps <br />to prevent it from happening again. Our two (2) tarps that we use with our Tarpomatic Machine <br />sustained significant damage. Therefore, we'll be replacing them with new ones.
