Unfortunately, the only bid received was rejected. <br />Therefore, based on this change, we'll submit to you sometime during January 2008 an <br />operations plan outlining operations while the Recycling Center is closed for the tipping floor <br />repairs. <br />With respect to the tipping floor repairs for the Lovelace MRF&TS, we still expect that they'll be <br />done during the last two weeks in December of this year.
