All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that am classified as 'MAJOR' pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: The entrance gate lacks a "Keep Closed" sign. Post a "Keep Closed" sign on the exterior side of the pool <br />enclosure entrance gate. Correct by 1 week. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br />#12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH is 8.0. Reduce pH to 7.2 to 7.8. Correct today. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The CYA is greater than 100ppm. Reduce CYA level to less than 100ppm. Correct by 2 weeks. This is a <br />repeat violation from last season's inspection. Correction of this violation may require draining a portion of the pool water <br />and refilling with fresh water. A cya reducer product is also available. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanun'c acid concentration between a 0 ppm and 100 ppm.
