Violation #7 - Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release . The emergency response procedures have not been submitted annually since 2017 . A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials , including , but not limited to , the following : - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department ( EHD ) - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons , property , or the environment Evacuation plans and procedures , including immediate notice , for the site Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa , ca , gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date ) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : a � Violation #8 - Failed to establish and electronically submit a reasonable or an adequate training program . Training shall cover, but not limited to , all of the following : (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency . ( B ) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons , property, or the environment ( C) Evacuation plans and procedures , including immediate notice , for the business site . These training programs may take into consideration of each employee . Immediately prepare or update the facility' s training program , log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) at http ://cers . calepa . ca . gov/, upload the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
