This rule requires a thorough <br />inspection for asbestos to be conducted before any regulated facility is demolished <br />or renovated. District Rule 9410 requires employers with 100 or more "eligible" <br />employees at a worksite to establish an Employer Trip Reduction Implementation <br />Plan (eTRIP) that encourages employees to reduce single -occupancy vehicle <br />trips, thus reducing pollutant emissions associated with work commutes.
