Westbrook <br />The California Department of Transportation appreciates the opportunity to review the <br />proposed motorcycle training school with on-site retention pond at 1362 N. Shaw Road, <br />Stockton. The Department has the following comments: <br />Since project developer will be providing on-site storm drainage retention ponds, please <br />submit the drainage plans to Caltrans for review and comment prior to project approval to <br />determine if there could be negative impacts to the state highway should the retention pond <br />all to capture the runoff from the facility.
