The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for CHRISP COMPANY as of November12 , 2021. Open violations from June 14 , 2021 inspection Violation #10 - Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations . OBSERVATION During the inspection , at least ten 55 gallon drums of resin solution UN1866 and twenty-four 5 gallon pails of flammable liquid adhesive UN1133 were found inside the warehouse ; these items are routinely delivered and maintained at this facility. The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days . REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events , business shall electronically update the information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) : - A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material . - Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials - A change of business address , business ownership , or business name . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/, enter the correct or updated information , and submit to the EHD for approval . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #11 - Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel . OBSERVATION Documentation showing initial and annual refresher training was not available . REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training . All employees shall be trained in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material , including , but not limited to , familiarity with the following plans and procedures : (A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program agency . ( B ) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons , property , or the environment ( C ) Evacuation plans and procedures , including immediate notice , for the business site . This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years .
