The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for CHRISP COMPANY as of November 12, 2021. <br /> Open violations from June 14, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br /> site. <br /> OBSERVATION At least ten 55 gallon drums of resin solution UN1866 and twenty-four 5 gallon pails of adhesive <br /> UN1133were found on site that have not been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: j H 4_t P.S F i 2-A/l Pairs fy1 hi-/L/41_S <br /> /sVCyieZ t1,}5 13FFiV0?DA-7,=D acv i�/a9/.Zoz�• <br /> Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION The site map is incomplete. The site map does not show/address the following required elements: <br /> 1. The propane next to the diesel tank, waste paint, waste brake clean/ozzy juice, marker adhesive, waste <br /> antifreeze, new antifreeze, compressed oxygen, waste fuel, waste asphalt road grindings, resin solution, and <br /> flammable liquid adhesive. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: j y c� ULE m AP Wl,'2yPyD4 Q ANS <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
