It is very much appreciated. <br /> The facility had put together an incident investigation team and they are currently investigating all the details of the <br /> incident and documenting the findings. <br /> Carlos Vazquez and I will be supporting the facility during the process. <br /> We just received the calculations from the ammonia refrigeration contractor engineer(APCCO), which stated the release <br /> was approximately 7.7 lbs. Please see attached. <br /> Based on the calculations we do not feel this meets the criteria of CaIOES definition of a "significant or threatened <br /> release". We believe based on the engineering controls in place and the fact that the valve is located in the machinery <br /> 2 <br />
