The facility had put together an incident investigation team and they are currently investigating all the details of the incident and documenting the findings. Carlos Vazquez and I will be supporting the facility during the process. We just received the calculations from the ammonia refrigeration contractor engineer(APCCO), which stated the release was approximately 7.7 lbs. Please see attached. Based on the calculations we do not feel this meets the criteria of CaIOES definition of a "significant or threatened release". We believe based on the engineering controls in place and the fact that the valve is located in the machinery 2
