The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br /> addressed for PACE SUPPLY CORPORATION as of November08 , 2021 . <br /> Open violations from June 08, 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #2 - Failed to initially complete and electronically submit a HMBP . <br /> OBSERVATION: A complete Hazardous Materials Business Plan was not submitted electronically to the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: As of January 1 , 2013 , all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> electronically . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the CERS at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information , and submit to the EHD for approval . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #3 - Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan . <br /> OBSERVATION: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for <br /> emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials <br /> at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids , 500 pounds for solids , or 200 cubic <br /> feet for compressed gas , at standard temperature and pressure . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at <br /> http : //cers, calepa . ca . gov/, enter the required information , and submit for review by the EHD . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
