Other <br /> requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) A soil suitability and nitrate loading study addendum incorporating existing and proposed <br /> staff and customer use shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved <br /> by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The fee will be based on the current <br /> schedule at the time of payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br /> standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. <br /> 2) Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability & Nitrate Loading Study Addendum findings (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3) Open, pump, and backfill the septic tanks to be abandoned under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4) Applicant shall contact Navjot Sahota, Sr. REHS, Small Public Water System Program, at <br /> (209) 468-3178, to determine if a permit amendment application is required for the existing <br /> small public water system prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 5) Prior to issuance of building permit, submit revised site plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Department showing updated information regarding the water wells that will serve the project. <br /> 6) Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s) (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, 114380). The fee will be based on the <br /> current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 7) A valid permit from EHD is required prior to operating food facility (California Retail Food <br /> Code, Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 14381). <br /> 1868 E.
