The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been addressed for MANTECA CHEVRON as of July 29, 2021. Open violations from May 19, 2021 inspection Violation#119-Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste EPA ID number have not been reported on the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report hazardous waste EPA ID number electronically on the CERS website. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business hazardous waste EPA ID number including the hazardous waste program on the CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#302-Failed to have all communication or alarm systems,spill control,or decontamination equipment. OBSERVATION: The facility is not equipped with the following equipment: Broom/shovel and bucket with lid to clean up fuel spills . REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facilities shall be equipped with the following, unless it can be demonstrated to the Department that none of the hazards posed by waste handled at the facility could require a particular kind of equipment specified below: (a)an internal communications or alarm system capable of providing immediate emergency instruction (voice or signal)to facility personnel; (b)a device, such as a telephone (immediately available at the scene of operations)or a hand-held two-way radio, capable of summoning emergency assistance from local police departments,fire departments, or State or local emergency response teams; (c)portable fire extinguishers,fire control equipment(including special extinguishing equipment, such as that using foam, inert gas, or dry chemicals), spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment; and (d)water at adequate volume and pressure to supply water hose streams, or foam producing equipment, or automatic sprinklers, or water spray systems . CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately install the following equipment: Broom/shovel and bucket with lid to clean up fuel spills .
