Contracted with World Oil for a waste drum for our used DPF filters from our DPF <br /> cleaning machine. <br /> 2. Consolidated all drums on property to one location. Assessed all drums to be <br /> disposed of with World Oil. <br /> 3. Waiting for World Oil to pick up drums. <br /> 4. Six buckets were consolidated in the waste oil and picked up by World Oil. <br /> 5. Oil solids were consolidated in waste barrel, waiting for World Oil to pick up. <br /> Violation #118 <br /> 1. Located receipt for 300 gallons of 221 used waste oil from May 29, 2019. Receipt <br /> is attached. <br /> 2. Did not locate receipt for 500 gallons of 221 used waste oil from November 7, <br /> 2019. Only from 11/7/2019 record is for 100 gallons of waste antifreeze. Also <br /> checked billing history, we were not billed for any other waste pick-ups on that <br /> date. <br /> Violation #304 <br /> 1. Consolidated all drums and buckets to ail filter area. Consolidated all waste to <br /> appropriate containers and had disposed of by World oil. Consolidated all drums and buckets to oil filter area. Consolidated all waste to <br /> appropriate containers and had disposed of by World oil. Informed employees of <br /> proper disposal and waste handling procedures of Ross Roberts Truck Repair <br /> Inc. <br /> 2. Placed lid on used drained oil filters. Ordered new filter crushing machine to help <br /> alleviate this issue. <br /> Violation #406 <br /> 1. All drums and buckets were consolidated to one area. All products were <br /> consolidated to fill up drums, labeled accordingly, and disposed of by World Oil. <br /> All empty drums were drained, opened on both ends, and crushed. Crushed <br /> drums and lids were placed in metal recycling roll off container. Empty labels will <br /> be placed on drums before drums are recycled. <br />
