Interim 300 Gallon Aboveground Used Oil Storage Tank Assessment and Conditional Certification CCR Title 22 Sections 66265.192-193 Ross Robert Truck Repair 641 S. Harrison St., Stockton CA 95206 Certification This document assesses the design and current operational condition of a 300-gallon double-walled storage tank used for managing used oil at the Ross Robert Truck Repair facility in Stockton. This assessment was developed from field measurements, information provided by the client and client's associates, and data from actual equipment inspection. I conditionally certify that the 300-gallon used oil tank has been designed and constructed for the intended use in accordance with good engineering practices and meets the requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Sections 66265.192, and 66265.193. The tank system will have sufficient structural integrity and be suitable for containing the waste. The tank system will in compliance with the hazardous waste tank requirements in 22CCR, Div.4.5, Ch. 15, Article 10 when the deficiencies noted are corrected—i.e. when the tank is properly vented. I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted. Based on my inquiry of the person or persons who manage the system, or those persons directly responsible for gathering the information, the information submitted is, to be the best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the possibility of fine and imprisonment for knowing violations.
