BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY <br />OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF STOCKTON <br />(SEWAGE TREATMENT FACILITY) <br />BE IT RESOLVED that that certain agreement by and <br />between the COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, a political subdivision <br />of the State of California, and the CITY OF STOCKTON, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, in con- <br />nection with the operation and maintenance of a sewage <br />treatment facility be, and the same hereby is, approved; <br />BE IT•FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of this <br />aaBoard of Supearvisors be, and he hereby is, authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the County <br />of San Joaquin. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, 1975, by the <br />following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br />AYESWISDOM SHUMWAY YOSHIKAWA*BARBER I'VIDSE <br />NOES: NONE <br />ABSENT: N�(dy Jh, <br />l G>f.JL✓--1 <br />ADRIAN C.
