The containers were <br /> -A 55 gallon black steel drum of hazardous waste liquids was observed in the dumpster area with no accumulation <br /> start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The initial date of waste accumulation must be clearly marked and visible for <br /> inspection on each container used for satellite accumulation of hazardous waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately add the initial date of accumulation to the hazardous waste containers. If the <br /> waste has been stored on-site greater than one year then immediately dispose of the hazardous waste in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting <br /> documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 07/09/2021 . <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
